- My husband is Jim, and we live on the banks of Blackfork, in the Ouachita Forest in Southeast Oklahoma.Our house is on stilks, as the river does flood sometimes. Mostly in the spring We have two little adopted Yorkies, Spice and Sissy. Spice loves to swim and Sissy likes to cool her tummy off only. You can always find something to take pictures of living in this beautiful place. I hope you enjoy some of the stories and pictures found here.

It really wasn't all that much, but, enought to have to take our 2 snow days off the spring days we had planned.
